Goal

To insist on organizational development by promoting economic, social, educational and political capacity of the target communities.

This organization shall be a non-profit, public welfare social organization.
It will work towards building an equitable society through collaboration between men and women in the community. It will conduct awareness programs and play a supportive role in empowering both men and women.
It will assist in efforts to ensure equal participation rights at decision-making levels of the state
It will carry out activities that contribute to addressing social issues to eliminate gender inequality and discriminatory behavior against women. Additionally, it will run campaigns against social evils and malpractices.
To enhance women's awareness, it will organize workshops, gatherings, and conferences within Nepal and abroad in accordance with the provisions of prevailing laws.
 To promote economic rehabilitation, self-reliance, and rights attainment, it will emphasize engaging women in various activities related to education, health, economy, society, culture, agriculture, information and communication, science and technology, energy promotion, and tourism sectors.

 It will assist in mainstreaming women, Dalits, indigenous groups, injured individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and queer or questioning) individuals, the impoverished, illiterate, senior citizens, and children with intellectual disabilities who have been left behind in the development process. Additionally, it will support the implementation of income-generating and service-oriented programs.
